Planning Communications During COVID-19
This learning experience helped non-profits and social impact organizations develop a plan to communicate with their beneficiaries during the uncertain time of the COVID-19 Pandemic. When programs, services, and public health conditions change rapidly as they did during that time, purposeful communication makes a big difference.
By the time the lesson is completed, learners will have a communications plan that they can use to keep their organizations' beneficiaries well-informed throughout the pandemic.
